Wrestling at the Chase - 2/18/84: Big John Studd won a $30,000 18-man battle royal at 13:28 by last eliminating WWF World Champion Hulk Hogan & Andre the Giant at the same time; other participants included the Masked Superstar, Moondog Rex, Samula, Mil Mascaras, David Schultz, Bob Boyer, Mr. Fuji, Tiger Chung Lee, Ivan Putski, Tony Atlas, Paul Orndorff, Rocky Johnson, Jimmy Snuka, and WWF Tag Team Champions Adrian Adonis & Dick Murdoch; order of elimination: Schultz, Snuka, Rex by Hogan, Boyer was unable to continue and was taken backstage on a stretcher after being splashed by Andre and having all the other participants pile on top, Lee, Superstar, Atlas was pulled out by Superstar, Orndorff, Samu when Johnson avoided a crossbody, Murdoch & Johnson at the same time, Fuji by Andre, Adonis by Hogan, Mascaras by Studd; after the bout, Hogan and Andre attacked Studd on the floor; the winner of the battle royal was to have won a trophy but the trophy was destroyed during an episode of Wrestling at the Chase during a confrontation between Hogan and Studd (Best of the WWF Vol. 3)
